The following terms used in these conditions carry specific meanings:

• Platform: The tak15 website, mobile application and all related services.
• Member / User: A person who accesses services through a registered account on the tak15 platform.

• Wallet: The virtual fund storage system linked to your account.

• BDT / Taka: Bangladeshi currency (৳), which is the sole operating currency of the platform.

Scope of Application

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. Claiming this bonus means you accept the following terms:

• A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive the welcome bonus.
• A 10x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus amount can be withdrawn. This means that for a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of ৳10,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
• Wagering must be completed within the set time limit after the bonus is activated.
• Each member is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only.

VIP Cashback Program

The tak15 VIP program has five tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on your gaming activity. Cashback amounts are calculated every Monday and credited to the wallet on Thursday (BST).

General Bonus Terms

• tak15 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the relevant funds may be confiscated.
• Multiple bonuses may not be claimed at the same time unless specifically stated.
• Bonuses apply only to accounts registered and verified with real money.

Fair Play and Randomness

All games on the tak15 platform are operated in accordance with fair play principles. Slots and table games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures that every outcome is completely independent and impartial.

• The outcome of each round is independent and does not depend on previous results.
• The individual rules of game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, etc.) apply.
• In the event of a technical error, the relevant bet may be cancelled and the bet amount will be refunded.

Betting Limits

Suspended or Closed by tak15

tak15 may suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

Account Closure by the Member
